To pre-register for Petit Planet, use the official website's Pre-Register action and complete the instructions shown for your account or platform. The campaign includes Bestie Star-Light, with previous pre-registrations included, and additional rewards tied to global milestones. The game launches on December 4, 2026.
Pre-registration is separate from the Final Beta, which ended on October 19. It is also separate from the campaign's optional lucky draw: completing one action does not mean every reward or draw task has been completed.
Start with the correct registration
- Open the official Petit Planet website.
- Select Pre-Register.
- Follow the sign-in and registration instructions shown for the account or platform you intend to use.
- Complete the action and check the confirmation on that page.
- If you also want lucky-draw entries, open that campaign section and complete its own task checks.
Make sure the game is Petit Planet, with HoYoverse branding or COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD. as the store identity. A reservation for a similarly named game does not register you for this one.
The campaign explicitly includes past pre-registrations for the Bestie Star-Light reward. Do not assume you need to create a second account because you registered before the launch-date reveal. Use the account status shown by the current campaign.
Choose the platform registration route
You can register through the official website, Epic Games Store, App Store, or Google Play. On the website, sign in with a HoYoverse Account and complete the registration prompt. In a store, use the registration or reservation action currently shown for Petit Planet on your account. A reservation is not the same as entering the public game.
Registration and milestone rewards
| Requirement or milestone | Listed reward |
|---|---|
| Pre-register, including past registrations | Bestie Star-Light. |
| 2,000,000 global pre-registrations | Blissful Floral & Fruit Tea ×2. |
| 4,000,000 | Red Star Firework ×2. |
| 6,000,000 | Sweet Special ×2. |
| 8,000,000 | Bazaar Jelly ×100. |
| 10,000,000 | Sproutling Outfit. |
The reward thresholds are not an exact live registration total.
The official launch recap says 10 million global pre-registrations have been reached, and the reward board marks every listed tier complete. That is a reached milestone, not an exact live count of registered users. The reward you should expect is governed by the campaign's reached or unlocked status and the claiming instructions.
The page says to log in when the game launches to claim the pre-registration and milestone rewards. That makes registration a preparation step; it does not put those items into an already playable public account on November 2.
Gifts from the Starsea lucky draw
The lucky draw runs from October 30, 2026 at 10:00 to November 30, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC+8). Keep that campaign deadline separate from the December release date.
The listed tasks are:
| Draw task | Listed draw chances |
|---|---|
| Pre-register for the game | 1. |
| Watch the launch trailer | 1. |
| Follow the official social channels through the campaign task | 1. |
| Invite a friend who successfully pre-registers | 2 per successful registration. |
The invitation task is capped at five successful supporters, giving up to 10 draw chances from invitations. Together with the three individual tasks, the displayed task structure supports up to 13 chances.
An invitation sent is not the same thing as a successful friend's registration. Use the campaign's My Invitations status rather than counting copied links or messages as completed supporters.
The interface also contains Draws Remaining and My Prizes. Review those states after completing tasks. The availability of a draw chance is not a guarantee of a particular random prize.
Friend-team reward
Besties, Made to Match! runs from October 30 through December 25, 2026. Pre-register and form a team of three; each member can claim one Archiboo top of their choice. Invite two friends to pre-register and team up with you. This is a distinct campaign action from the global registration milestones and the lucky-draw invitation cap.
Do not substitute a list of sent invitations for the team confirmation. Follow the team section's own instructions and check whether it recognizes the required group. The “three” in that reward is not a new global milestone and does not change the five-supporter limit on lucky-draw invitations.
Claiming at launch
The official page tells registered players to log in at launch for the pre-registration rewards and unlocked milestone rewards. Check the account you used and the claim instructions in the released game.
Keep the campaign categories separate when checking a missing item: a pre-registration reward, a milestone unlock, a lucky-draw prize, a friend-team reward, and a redemption-code reward are different entitlements. Completing a draw does not necessarily complete registration, and registering does not automatically finish every optional campaign.
The launch-date reveal also has a separate redemption-code promotion with its own validity and in-game redemption instructions. That promotion should not be used as a replacement for completing pre-registration.
Free login and planet-growth rewards
The launch campaign has two additional progression routes. They are not global pre-registration milestones.
Seven Cups of Tea Beneath the Boughs awards 10 Curio Sea Whistles for logging in a total of seven days. The announced wording is cumulative, so do not turn it into a requirement for seven consecutive days.
| Login day | Curio Sea Whistles |
|---|---|
| 1 | 1 |
| 2 | 2 |
| 3 | 1 |
| 4 | 1 |
| 5 | 1 |
| 6 | 1 |
| 7 | 3 |
Planet Growth Rewards provide plain Sea Whistles at the following Luca Arbor levels:
| Luca Arbor level | Sea Whistles |
|---|---|
| 2 | 1 |
| 7 | 1 |
| 10 | 1 |
| 15 | 1 |
| 20 | 2 |
| 25 | 2 |
| 30 | 2 |
That is 10 Sea Whistles by Lv. 30. Use plain Sea Whistles in Starsea Call to obtain Yarn, which can be exchanged for seasonal outfits. Curio Sea Whistles are used for seasonal Curios; keep the two currency names separate.
The announced 20 Curio Sea Whistles comprise the ten from PTPL1204 and ten from the login event. Do not count the code again as an extra ten beyond that total.
Pre-download and launch-day order
Pre-download is listed for December 1, 2026. Installing the files in advance does not bring forward the December 4 server launch. Before release, finish registration and any optional campaign tasks you want; after release, log in, claim the relevant rewards, and redeem the separate code through its in-game account menu. Then follow the cumulative-login and planet-growth requirements for the rewards above.
